The invention, which belongs to the field of the
voltage output type annular shearing type piezoelectric
vibration sensor, relates to an annular shearing piezoelectric
assembly structure with a built-in amplification circuit, thereby realizing reliable mechanical and
electrical connection between a built-in charge amplifying circuit board and the piezoelectric
assembly based on the annular shearing type piezoelectric
assembly. A pedestal is designed to have a truncated-cone stepped circular ring structure; nested fixed connection between a stepped circular ring structure of a
mass block and the built-in charge amplifying circuit board is realized by connection and fixation between internal and external
cylindrical electrode surfaces of a piezoelectric element and the
mass block; and for
signal transmission, lead-free connection is realized by the
electrode plane of the built-in charge amplifying circuit board. According to the invention, with the annular shearing piezoelectric
assembly structure,
engineering application problems of low shear structure strength, poor vibration stability, and poor lead reliability and the like are solved; the
resonance frequency, reliability, structural strength of the mechanical structure are enhanced; the
frequency response range of the piezoelectric assembly is extended; the anti-large-order non-destructive capability is improved; and large-order or
resonance-band
relative displacement of the built-in charge amplifying circuit board and the
mass block as well as lead swinging at a low-order
harmonic frequency point is eliminated.
