The invention relates to a single-vector multi-element loading sleeve device of a wind tunnel balance and a using method thereof. The device comprises a base, a loading sleeve outer ring, a loading sleeve middle ring, a loading sleeve inner ring, a loading sleeve lower hem and a wind tunnel balance, wherein the loading sleeve outer ring comprises an outer sleeve ring and an inner sleeve ring, twosides of the outer sleeve ring are rotationally connected with a lower hem of a loading sleeve, the inner sleeve ring is rotationally connected into the outer sleeve ring, the loading sleeve middle ring is inserted into the inner sleeve ring, the loading sleeve inner ring is slidably connected into the loading sleeve middle ring, threads are formed outside the loading sleeve inner ring, outer threads of the loading sleeve inner ring are connected with a baffle ring, a side surface of a baffle ring abuts against the loading sleeve middle ring, one end of the wind tunnel balance is inserted intothe loading sleeve inner ring, the other end of the wind tunnel balance is sleeved with a supporting rod, and the supporting rod is erected on the base. The device is advantaged in that the single-vector multi-element precise calibration requirement of the wind tunnel balance is met.
