The present invention relates to a flower
dew cubilose and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of
food processing, the flower
dew cubilose comprises, by weight, 1-10 parts of
trehalose, 1-5 parts of dried cubilose, 10-75 parts of
royal jelly, 50-1000 parts of an extract, 0.3-1.2 parts of gelatine
powder, 0.2-6 parts of
maltodextrin, 0.1-1 part of chia seed
powder, and 0.025-0.125 part of a stabilizer; wherein the raw materials of the extracting solution comprise 20-200 parts of fresh flowers and / or 0.2-1 part of Chinese herbal medicines and 100-800 parts of
purified water. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adding
purified water into dried cubilose, soaking at 25-30 DEG C for 3-5 hours, and draining to obtain soaked cubilose; (2) uniformly mixing the extracting solution,
royal jelly,
trehalose, chia seed
powder,
maltodextrin and gelatine powder, heating to 60-65 DEG C, adding a stabilizer, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture; and (3) uniformly mixing the soaked cubilose in the step (1) and the mixture in the step (2), performing sealing treatment, and performing
microwave stewing at 90-95 DEG C for 15-30 minutes to obtain the flower
dew cubilose. The product has the advantages of locking
sialic acid and trace elements in the cubilose, controlling water absorption swelling of the cubilose, improving hydration of the cubilose in the stewing process and increasing
viscoelasticity of the ecubilose.
