underwater wet-type electric connector comprises a male plug bodyand a female socket body, wherein the top end of the male plug is provided with a first-stage locking groove, and a slidable pin
assembly, an attached second-stage locking groove and a non-slidable second-stage locking claw are nested in the male plug; and the female socket is internally provided with a first-stage locking claw and a jack
assembly which are matched with the male plug. During plugging, the two stages of locking mechanisms are matched with each other, and contact pins are matched with the jacks, so that the electric connector is sealed and locked; and during pull-out, the second-stage locking structure is separated before the first-stage locking structure. In the whole plugging process, a conductive inner core of the contact pin is always in a sealed insulating environment,and
underwater hot plugging can be realized. The electric connector has a dual-oil-charging
pressure balance structure, can adapt to different
deep water pressures, and can prolong the service life; and the connection mode is direct and fast, the insulation sealing performance is good, and accidental disengagement can be effectively prevented. After being matched with the electric connector, underwater
