The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the characteristic that the permeating force and the fumigating force of ammonia can be greatly enhanced at the high temperature in summer is fully utilized and dual effects of continuous high temperature soil disinfection and continuous ammonia fumigating soil disinfection are superposed to ensure that more stable and more thorough soil disinfection effect is achieved; the ammonia can be changed into fertilizer after being absorbed by water and residual ammonia is not needed to be dispersed through widely opening and ventilating like methyl bromide to ensure that no harm or environmental pollution is produced; and therefore, the method can be popularized and applied.
