The invention relates to a battery, and in particular to a puncture-test
flame-retardant battery. The puncture-test
flame-retardant battery comprises a naked battery core and an outer-layer
copper foil, wherein a
metal protection layer is arranged between the naked battery core and the outer-layer
copper foil, an accommodating cavity is arranged between the
metal protection layer and the outer-layer
copper foil, a partition bar is arranged in the accommodating cavity and is an insulation body, the inner surface of the outer-layer
copper foil is provided with an insulation film, one side of the partition bar is in contact with the insulation film, the other side of the partition bar is in contact with the outer surface of the
metal protection layer, one-way valves are arranged on the metal protection layer, the accommodating cavity is communicated with the naked battery core by the one-way valves, the direction of the one-way valve faces the accommodating cavity from the naked battery core, and the interior of the accommodating cavity is filled with a
flame-retardant substance and a low-pressure gas with
atmospheric pressure lower than one standard
atmospheric pressure. The puncture-test flame-retardant battery has the advantages that the external structure of the battery can be improved, the battery deformation is avoided, a
combustion-supporting gas is prevented from entering when the battery is punctured, the current increase is relieved, the heat in the battery is reduced, and the battery burning and explosion are prevented.
