A process control system utilizes wireless transceivers to divorce the field devices from traditional wired network topologies. By providing field devices with wireless transceivers and shared wireless transceivers for adapting wired field devices, the field device network may be adapted to any number of network topologies without concern for additional wiring costs. Specifically, a power supply can be provided for each field device or for groups of field devices, as needed. Thus, the entire network can receive power from a single power bus, without expensive power filtering. In addition, the network can be a hybrid in which part of the information is transmitted and received over wired lines and part is transmitted and received over wireless communications.

When installation is performed, the emitted light outlet optical axis of the laser chip and the optical axis (OA) of the central axis of the TO tube shell are coaxial. Optical steering elements are not needed, the process is simple, and the signal distortion can be reduced.

PLL power supply filter (with pump) having a wide voltage range and immunity to oxide overstress

A power supply filter capable of functioning with low power supply voltages includes a resistor-capacitor circuit coupled to a power supply line and a transistor for providing power to a target circuit, such as a phase-locked loop circuit, coupled between the resistor-capacitor circuit and the power supply line. The resistor-capacitor circuit is coupled to a charge pump controller to keep the transistor in a saturation state. The charge pump controller receives at least one clock signal that is coupled to at least one capacitive circuit. The at least one capacitive circuit includes at least two capacitors in series with a biased middle node located between the at least two capacitors in order to provide immunity to time dependent dielectric breakdown, the middle node coupled to approximately half the power supply line. A method of filtering noise from a power supply includes providing an N-channel source follower circuit coupled between the power supply and a target circuit, the N-channel source follower circuit including a resistor-capacitor circuit and a transistor with a threshold voltage. The method also includes maintaining the transistor in a saturation state through placing a charge pump in the N-channel source follower circuit, the charge pump receiving a first clock signal and a second clock signal, and allowing the voltage provided to a target circuit to exceed the voltage of the power line minus the threshold voltage while maintaining the transistor in a saturation state.

Control method for soft switch circuit in switch power supply

The present invention relates to a control method for a soft switch circuit in a switch power supply, which controls first and second main power switch devices to be turned on and turned off constantly to generate an alternating main power filter current, and controls forward and backward auxiliary switch devices to be turned on and turned off to generate an intermittent alternating resonant current across a resonant branch in the same direction as the main power filter current to thereby achieve zero-voltage turn-on of the first and second main power switch devices; and further controls the forward and backward auxiliary switch devices to be turned on and turned off to generate compensation currents across the resonant branch in the opposite direction to the alternating main power filter current in at least a period of time during resting of the resonant current to thereby accomplish a charging and discharging process of resonant capacitors in a dead time. Thus, a freewheeling diode can be turned on normally, so that it is possible to avoid a damage to the devices due to an impact current and a spark voltage resulting at zero crossing of the current in the soft switch circuit.
