The invention discloses a detection and remote
monitoring system for a motor on the basis of a PXIe (
PCI extensions for Instrumentation Express) testing platform. A
cloud server is independently connected with the PXIe testing platform and an intelligent terminal
application module through
the Internet; the PXIe testing platform can simultaneously detect four main classes of signals, including temperature, sound and vibration,
voltage and current and revolving speed for an operating motor; collection and real-
time data analysis are carried out; an original
signal and a
processing and analysisresult are stored to the
cloud server for
backup; meanwhile, an App application service under a Web side, Android and IOS (Iphone
Operating System) platforms can be provided for the intelligent terminal
application module; and a
system user can check the state of the motor through different terminals and also can read a
historical record according to a query condition. By use of the
system, a PXIeindustrial grade product is selected as the hardware of the testing platform, and therefore, the
system has the outstanding characteristics of being high in accuracy and bandwidth and low in
delay, can replace and expand a general module according to different application requirements, and can be quickly integrated with other buses and independent equipment.
