The invention discloses a method for extracting
sulforaphane and
myrosinase magnetic microspheres, the method comprises the following steps of:(1) heating and stir-frying broccoli seeds, and squeezingoil to remove
grease to obtain an oil cake;(2) crushing the oil cake into
small particles, soaking and extracting in water to obtain a
sulforaphane extract;(3) adding
myrosinase magnetic microspheresinto the
sulforaphane extract, performing enzymolysis, and recovering the
myrosinase magnetic microspheres by
magnet adsorption to obtain sulforaphane extract;(4) extracting the sulforaphane by usingdichloromethane to obtain a
dichloromethane extract containing the sulforaphane, and concentrating the
dichloromethane extract;(5) dissolving the concentrated solution by using
acetonitrile, pouringout supernatant, and concentrating to obtain concentrated solution; (6) dissolving the concentrated solution obtained in step (5) by using edible
ethanol, pouring out supernatant, and concentrating toobtain the sulforaphane. According to the method, by taking the solidified myrosinase magnetic microspheres as a catalyst, the
glucoraphanin is hydrolyzed into sulforaphane, and the purity of the sulforaphane is as high as 95%.
