A method for treating organic sewage through nanometer aeration micro-electrolysis combined with a molecular sieve includes steps of (A) performing closed anaerobic acidizing pretreatment on sewage to be treated; (B) performing micro-electrolysis reaction on the water after the acidizing pretreatment; (C) adjusting the water after the micro-electrolysis reaction into neutral water, and discharging the water after biofiltration; and (D) leading partial nanometer-aerated water discharged after the biofiltration and the water after the acidizing pretreatment to perform micro-electrolysis reaction. The method and a device for treating organic sewage through nanometer aeration micro-electrolysis combined with the molecular sieve have the advantages of being wide in application range, fast in reaction speed, simple in technological process, long in service life, small in investment cost, convenient to operate and maintain, low in operation cost, stable in treatment effect and the like.
