The invention relates to a method for extraction of a biological fresh-keeping agent from
berberis poiretii schneid and a use of the biological fresh-keeping agent. The method comprises the following steps of crushing the
berberis poiretii schneid to obtain
powder of 50-100 meshes, putting the crushed
berberis poiretii schneid into a round-bottom flask, adding
ethanol into the crushed
berberis poiretii schneid according to a material-
liquid ratio of 1: 2-5, installing a
reflux condensing tube, carrying out heating
reflux in a hot bath for 0.5-1h, carrying out cooling standing for 0.5h, carrying out suction
filtration, taking the filtrate, adding an
ethanol solution into the filter residue according to a material-
liquid ratio of 1: 1-2, carrying out
reflux condensation for 1-1.5h, carrying out cooling standing for 0.5h, carrying out suction
filtration, collecting the filtrate, merging the filtrate obtained by the two steps, evaporating the
ethanol solution under the condition of water
pump pressure reduction, adding 1-2% of an
acetic acid solution into the extract according to a volume ratio of 1: 3-5, carrying out heating
dissolution, and carrying out hot suction
filtration to remove insoluble substances and to obtain the biological fresh-keeping agent. The method extracts the biological fresh-keeping agent from
berberis poiretii schneid as a
raw material and the biological fresh-keeping agent is used for fruit fresh-keeping and is safe. The biological fresh-keeping agent is nontoxic and nuisanceless, can replace a chemical bactericide and an
antiseptic for fruit fresh-keeping, and prevents chemical bactericide-caused environmental
pollution and
food safety problems.
