According to the invention, the consumption of wind power and photoelectricity can be improved, the mutual cooperation of source-load-storage is realized, the carbon emission of the system is reduced, the operation cost of the system is reduced, the operation of the system is more flexible, and the economic operation and environment-friendly operation of the system are realized.
