The invention discloses a rapid wiring module for power distribution of a control cabinet of a
numerical control machine tool. The rapid wiring module comprises a
relay module, a power distribution module, a power supply input module and a power distribution output module; the
relay module is connected with the power distribution module, a strong-current
control signal is generated through receiving of a
control signal of an external programmable
machine tool controller (PMC) and a state feedback
signal of the
machine tool, and redistribution is performed on a power supply input from the power distribution module; the power supply input module is used to access a three-phase 220V
alternating current input by a
transformer; the power distribution output module powers a
power unit of the
machine tool and controls on-off actions of the
power unit; and the power distribution module controls on-off actions of the external
machine tool and on-off actions of an accessory of the external
machine tool through receiving of the strong-current
control signal output by the
relay module. The rapid wiring module, disclosed in the invention, for the power distribution of the control cabinet of the
numerical control machine tool is advantageous in that the hardware wiring number is obviously reduced, the wiring error probability when a worker performs wire distribution is effectively reduced, the
assembly speed is improved, and maintenance and
troubleshooting in the future are convenient.
