The system comprises a navigation control device, a steering control unit and an electro-hydraulic proportion steering executing device, wherein the navigation control device receives GPS positioning data in real time, calculates a lateral deviation between a current tractor position and an operation navigation target, calculates a target steering angle of a steering wheel in a current control period according to the lateral deviation and a tractor running speed value measured in real time, converts the target steering angle into a steering control command and then sends the steering control command to the steering control unit; the steering control unit judges whether a steering angle measured value of the steering wheel of the tractor is less than a preset limit value; if the steering angle measured value is less than the preset limit value, the steering control unit compares the target steering angle with the measured value, calculates a PWM duty cycle according to a steering angle difference value and outputs a control signal for driving the electro-hydraulic proportion steering executing device; and the electro-hydraulic proportion steering executing device responds to the PWM control signal and controls the flowing direction and the flowing speed of oil of a tractor steering system by the opening of a valve core of an electro-hydraulic proportion direction valve to make a piston of a steering hydraulic cylinder extend out or retract to deflect the steering wheel to the target steering angle.

The invention relates to a method for supporting an encoding of an audio signal, wherein a first coder mode and a second coder mode are available for encoding a respective section of an audio signal. The second coder mode enables a coding of a respective section based on a first coding model, which requires for an encoding of a respective section only information from the section itself, and based on a second coding model, which requires for an encoding of a respective section in addition an overlap signal with information from a preceding section. After a switch from the first coder mode to the second coder mode, always the first coding model is used for encoding a first section of the audio signal. This section can then be employed to generate an artificial overlap signal for a subsequent section, which is possibly to be encoded with the second coding model.

A method and system for controlling an inter-mobile switching center hard handoff in a mobile network are provided. The method includes recognizing, at a terminal, a target cell whose pilot strength is equal to or higher than a candidate qualification reference value and transmitting a pilot strength measurement message to a base station. A pilot measurement request order message and the pilot strength measurement message are exchanged between the terminal and the base station even within a handoff restricted time and it is determining whether or not to perform the handoff. A handoff order is transmitted from the base station to the terminal ordering a handoff to the target cell, in the case that the difference in pilot signal strength between the serving cell and the target cell exceeds the active interval value after the handoff restricted time has lapsed.

Step-up/step-down DC-DC converter and portable device employing it

In a step-up / step-down DC-DC converter, an error signal commensurate with a difference between a voltage commensurate with the output voltage and a predetermined reference voltage and a triangular wave signal are compared by a first comparator, whose output is used to turn on and off a step-up switching circuit. An inverted signal obtained by inverting the error signal and the triangular wave signal are compared by a second comparator, whose output is used to turn on and off a step-down switching circuit. The median level between the outputs of the first and second comparators is set to be lower than the maximum level of the triangular wave signal and higher than the minimum level thereof. Thus, when step-up and step-down modes are switched from one to the other, an overlap period is produced during which the step-up and step-down modes overlap. This makes possible smooth switching between the step-up and step-down modes.

A scheme II of the invention is characterized in that: the hot-water condensing heat exchanger is added between the exhaust opening of the compressor of a refrigerant-circulating loop of a cold and warm air conditioner and an air inlet of the four-way valve, and the electromagnetic guide-valve high-voltage air-inlet pipe of the four-way valve is communicated with the exhaust pipe of the compressor; and the two technical schemes both have four functions of hot-water making and refrigerating, hot-water making, refrigerating and heating.
