activated sludge monitoring device. The device comprises a sampling device, a detection device, a cleaningdevice and an
energy storage device, wherein the sampling device comprises a sample
storage tank and a sampling probe; the detection device comprises a photoelectric detection ring and a detection vessel which is arranged in the photoelectric detection ring; the photoelectric detection ring is capable of moving up and down along the detection vessel under the driving of a driving mechanism; a data output end of the photoelectric detection ring is connected with a
display device; a sample solution inlet of the detection vessel is connected with the sample
storage tank; a cleaning solution inlet of the detection vessel is connected with the cleaning device; the
energy storage device comprises a
vacuum energy storage tank and a
vacuum pump which is used for vacuumizing the
vacuum energy storage tank; and the
vacuum energy storage tank is connected with each of the sample storage tank, the detection vessel and the cleaning device through vacuum pipelines. The device is capable of carryingout automatic sampling, detection, cleaning and remote
data monitoring, thereby ensuring the real-time
sludge monitoring, providing beneficial data for the
remote diagnosis of the
sewage plants, decreasing the field staff investment and improving the working efficiency.
