Fuel injection rate measuring system and method based on Zeuch pressure magnetic method

The invention discloses a fuel injection quantity electrical signal acquisition system and method based on a Zeuch pressure magnetic method. The system comprises a measurement module, a fuel injectorpressurization module, a square-cavity pressurization module and a signal post-processing module. The fuel injector pressurization module and the square-cavity pressurization module are used for loading the initial injection pressure and the square-cavity back pressure; after a fuel injection process is completed, the measurement module captures a pressure signal variation curve in the square-cavity; and a pressure signal curve can be reverted to an actual fuel injection rate by the signal post-processing module after the operations of filtering, differentiation, calibration and the like are performed. The invention designs and processes a fuel injection rate measuring instrument, and the measuring instrument can effectively detect a multi-stage injection process, and is high in repeatability, convenient to carry, and low in noise and good in seismic performance during use.
