A method for evaluating historical metrics in selecting a physical host for execution of a virtual machine includes receiving, by a host recommendation service, an identification of a virtual machine and a request for an identification of a physical host on which to execute the virtual machine. The method includes retrieving, by an analysis engine in communication with the host recommendation service, a plurality of metrics for each of a plurality of physical hosts available for executing the virtual machine, the plurality of metrics including a first metric identifying a current level of load on each of the plurality of physical hosts and including a second metric identifying a level of load on each of the plurality of physical hosts during a time period prior to the current time period. The method includes retrieving, by the analysis engine, a plurality of metrics associated with the virtual machine, the plurality of metrics including at least one metric identifying a level of load placed on a physical host by the virtual machine during a time period prior to the current time period. The method includes determining, by the analysis engine, a level of priority associated with at least one of the first metric identifying a current level of load on each of the plurality of physical hosts and the second metric identifying a level of load on each of the plurality of physical hosts during a time period prior to the current time period. The method includes assigning, by the analysis engine, a score to each of the plurality of physical hosts, responsive to the retrieved pluralities of metrics and to the determined level of priority. The method includes transmitting, by the host recommendation service, an identification of one of the plurality of physical hosts on which to execute the virtual machine.

In one embodiment, a system includes a rate estimator configured to estimate the sample rate of an input data stream, a phase selection unit configured to select a phase for interpolation of a set of polyphase filter coefficients based on the estimated sample rate, a coefficient interpolator configured to interpolate the filter coefficients based on the selected phase, and a convolution unit configured to convolve the interpolated filter coefficients with samples of the input data stream to produce samples of a re-sampled output data stream. One or more hardware or software components are shared between multiple channels that can process data streams having independently variable sample rates.

The system and method implements an SRAM sensing sub-array for accelerated collection of fail rate data for use in determining the operating point for optimum tradeoff between single event upset immunity and performance of a primary SRAM array. The accelerated fail rate data is input to an algorithm implemented for setting the SEU sensitivity of a primary SRAM memory array to a predetermined fail rate in an ionizing particle environment. The predetermined fail rate is maintained on a real-time basis in order to provide immunity to SEU consistent with optimum performance.

In the processing method of the light-conversion agricultural membrane, the concentrated mother material of functions of dropping and long service life, the rare earth nanometer multi-band light-conversion mother material and the base material are added into a mixing machine and stirred uniformly according to the proportion; the time is 5 minutes to 10 minutes; then the mixture is sent into a molding membrane-extruder; the diameter ratio is 30 to 1; the mould head is a type of feeding material from the center. The extruded membrane pipe is bulged, cooled, guided into an upper traction clamping roller and a lower traction roller by a human-held contraction frame, calculated by meter, fractured and rolled by double working positions, inspected, weighed, packaged and stored.
