Problems solved by technology

[0009] However, a problem with the writing implement according to Korean Patent Application No. 10-2000-65693 is that when the pen tip is exposed to the outside through the slit, the ink of the pen tip may smudge the portion around the slit.
In addition, because the slit is closed by an auxiliary device that is easily elastically deformed such as a rubber ring, the nib directly contacts the slit, and thus is broken or damaged, and the durability of the writing instrument is relatively poor
The problem with this writing instrument is that the rubber ring is outside the slit so that the rubber ring can be damaged when it comes into contact with foreign objects
Additionally, the slit may become deformed after frequent use of the writing instrument, making it less effective at sealing the nib

Abstract

Disclosed herein is a slide type writing tool having a dryness prevention unit. The writing tool includes a hollow shaft (10) having a nib hole, with shutter shaft seats protruding from the inner wall of the shaft. A cartridge (20) is secured to the shaft. A knock part is inserted into an insert hole formed in the shaft, and a pair of pressing parts is provided on a nib extension shaft of the cartridge. A rear 0-ring (30) surrounds an end of the cartridge. A spherical shutter (40) is held in the rear 0-ring (30), and has a spherical shutter part to isolate a nib from the exterior. A front O-ring (50) contacts the shutter part and the nib hole. A spring contacts at a first end thereof a lower end of a step of the cartridge, and at a second end thereof a step of the rear O-ring (30).

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates generally to writing implements, and more particularly to sliding writing implements with an anti-drying unit configured such that the nib for dispensing ink from the refill protrudes only when the writing implement is in use, and when the writing implement is not in use. When the writing instrument is used, the nib retracts into the writing instrument and is sealed in the writing instrument. Background technique [0002] Generally, writing implements are generally classified into fixed writing implements, rotating writing implements, tilting writing implements and sliding writing implements. Stationary writing instruments are designed so that the refill is fixed and the nib is covered with a cap. Rotary writing instruments are designed so that when a portion of the barrel is rotated, a portion of the lead moves along the helical tube to protrude. Tilt writing implements are designed so that when a portion of the barrel ...
