The counter-rotating bidirectional axial flow pump water turbine comprises a pump case and branch pipes; the branch pipes are symmetrically mounted on two sides of the pump case; impellers are symmetrically arranged in the pump case; transmission shafts of the impellers penetrate through the branch pipes to be connected with transmission components; the transmission shafts are provided with guide vane assemblies moving in the axial direction; the guide vane assemblies are positioned near the impellers; eachguide vane assembly comprises a movable guide vane, a guide shaft and a guide vane housing; the guide vane housings are mounted between the branch pipes and the pump case; axial guide slots are formedin the guide vane housings; the movable guide vanes are connected with the transmission shafts through sliding bearings; ends of the movable guide vanes are positioned in the axial guide slots; the guide shafts are mounted at ends of the blades of the movable guide vanes; and the guide shafts are connected with driving mechanisms through transmission mechanisms, and are used for enabling the movable guide vanes to axially move. The pump device efficiency is improved by adjusting the gaps between the impellers and the guide vanes.

The air conditioning system comprises an outdoor evaporative cooling air conditioning unit. The outdoor evaporative cooling air conditioning unit is connected with a roof water storage tank, a room terminal device disposed in a house and a cold storage water tank outside the house through a water pipe network. The outdoor evaporative cooling air conditioning unit is communicated with the inside of a room through an air supply pipe. The outdoor evaporative cooling air conditioning unit has the advantages that the roof water storage tank effectively lowers cold load formed through roof heat transfer in the daytime, the room is cooled by the cold water in the water storage tank, and the evaporative cooling air conditioning unit is started when the cold water cannot satisfy the cooling requirements; cold storage can be performed by fully utilizing the advantageous weather conditions, the obtained cold water is stored for being used in the daytime, and cooling is performed by fully utilizing low power prices, and operation cost is lowered; in the meantime, by the cold air provided by the evaporative cooling air conditioning system at night, ventilation, cooling and cold storage of the room can be achieved, and cooling time of the room the next day can be postponed.
