Active cooling technologies such as thermoelectrics can be used to introduce thermal “gain” into a cooling system and, when employed in combination with forced flow liquid metal cooling loops, can provide an attractive solution for cooling high heat flux density devices and / or components. In such configurations, it can be advantageous to configure fluid flows to provide heat transfer between hot-side and cold-side flows. For example, it can be desirable to substantially equilibrate temperature of liquid metal flows entering hot-side and cold-side paths. In this way, thermal differential (ΔT) across individual thermoelectric elements can be reduced, thereby improving efficiency of the thermoelectric. Various suitable recuperator designs are described including designs that provide heat exchange with and without mixture of respective flows.

The invention relates to the technical field of thermo-acoustic generator devices, in particular to a multistage thermo-acoustic generator set and a multistage heat generative refrigeration system provided with the same. The multistage thermo-acoustic generator set comprises a plurality of sets of thermo-acoustic engines which are sequentially connected between a compressor and a generator in series. Every two adjacent sets of thermo-acoustic engines are coupled through a harmonic oscillator assembly. The harmonic oscillator assemblies are used for enabling travelling wave sound fields to be formed in the corresponding sets of thermo-acoustic engines simultaneously. Every two adjacent two sets of thermo-acoustic engines are matched well by utilization of one harmonic oscillator assembly. The travelling wave sound fields can be simultaneously formed in the multiple sets of the thermo-acoustic engines, so that the thermoelectric efficiency of the thermo-acoustic generator set is improved. Meanwhile, the working temperatures of the multiple sets of the thermo-acoustic engines are set to be different, and accordingly gradient utilization of different-grade heat energy can be further achieved through the multistage thermo-acoustic generator set, so that the multistage heat regenerative refrigeration system provided with the multistage thermo-acoustic generator set has the higher thermoelectric conversion efficiency.

Each set of TEP includes a P-type and an N-type thermoelectric thin film elements (TEE) electrically connected to each other. Also, the N-type TEE of each set is electrically connected to the P-type TEE of the adjacent set of TEP. When a current flows through the sets of TEP along a direction parallel to the surfaces of P-type and N-type thermoelectric thin film elements, a temperature difference is generated between the inner rim and the outer rim of the ring-shaped insulated substrate.

The invention discloses a system for performing power generation by utilizing a liquid thermoelectric effect. The system consists of a high-temperature circulation loop, a liquid thermoelectric power generation system and a low-temperature circulation loop; the high-temperature circulation loop is provided with a heat exchanger; heat exchange is performed between low-temperature heat energy in a factory or an environment and a thermal circulation working medium in the heat exchanger; a condenser is arranged in the low-temperature circulation loop; a low-temperature circulation working medium is cooled in the condenser; when an ion exchange membrane is an anion-exchange membrane, the high-temperature circulation loop and the low-temperature circulation loop respectively pass the anode and the cathode of a liquid thermoelectric power generation unit. The system disclosed by the invention has lower requirement on the temperature of the heat energy, can normally operate as long as two ends of the liquid thermoelectric power generation unit have temperature difference, and has a great prospect in the recycling aspect of power plant and factory waste heat and seawater low-temperature heat energy; moreover, the system disclosed by the invention is higher in utilization efficiency of the heat energy, lower in cost and extremely environment friendly.

According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the flexible thermoelectric generator comprises a first flexible substrate and a second flexible substrate located under the first flexible substrate, wherein a plurality of N type thermoelectric material particles and P type thermoelectric material particles, which are alternately distributed, are arranged between the first flexible substrate and the second flexible substrate; the N type thermoelectric material particles are electrically connected with the P type thermoelectric material particles in series through a first electrical connection layer on the first flexible substrate and a second electrical connection layer on the second flexible substrate, so that a plurality of thermoelectricity paired thermoelectric materials is formed between the first flexible substrate and the second flexible substrate; and the thermoelectric materials are packaged between the first flexible substrate and the second flexible substrate through flexible insulation and thermal insulation encapsulating materials. Transcritical low-temperature air energy generating set

The invention relates to a transcritical low-temperature air energy generating set for new energy resource. The workflow of the transcritical low-temperature air energy generating set is as follows: after being pressurized by a booster pump, liquid working medium flows to a heat exchanger to output cold, is then turned into high-pressure supercritical fluid by a heat absorber, and expands to do work to generate electricity, part of the working medium is condensed by the heat exchanger, and then flows to the booster pump, and thereby an electricity-generating circulation system is formed; part of the working medium is throttled, expanded, cooled and depressurized to output cold, is then pressurized and cooled, and then flows to a throttle valve, and thereby a condensation circulation system is formed. The transcritical low-temperature air energy generating set also can be used for generating electricity with medium- and low-temperature heat sources such as residual heat, waste heat and terrestrial heat. The transcritical low-temperature air energy generating set condenses the working medium under the critical state, the cold in the system is sufficiently recycled, the power consumption of circulation is minimum, an outside cold source is not needed, the thermoelectric efficiency is high, the energy conversion density is high, the unit power investment is low, the cost is low, and the production of the cold air does not consume electricity. The transcritical low-temperature air energy generating set successfully breaks through the key difficult technology of low-temperature solar thermal power generation in terms of low thermal efficiency.

Supercritical carbon dioxide power circulating system and method for fusion reactor

The invention discloses a supercritical carbon dioxide power circulating system and method for a fusion reactor. Aiming at different working medium conditions of different nuclear heat sources of a fusion reactor cladding layer, a divertor and a vacuum chamber, S-CO2 is heated by stage-by-stage heat regeneration on the high-pressure side and cooled by stage-by-stage heat regeneration on the low-pressure side through three stages, namely a low-temperature heat regenerator, a middle-temperature heat regenerator and a high-temperature heat regenerator; 20 percent of S-CO2 is selected to be cooledand then pressurized and heated so as to be used for heat regeneration of a low-temperature heater and cooling of the divertor and the vacuum chamber, so that the operation requirements of differentcooling media for different heat sources of three components in the reactor are met, a negative temperature effect during heat regeneration is avoided, the heat sources of all components in the reactor are effectively utilized, and the heat energy utilization efficiency is greatly improved; and compared with the current designs only using helium gas carrying cladding layer core heat and a Rankinecirculatory system with two-loop pressure water heat exchange to generate electricity, the thermoelectricity efficiency of the fusion reactor is improved to 41 percent from 30 percent, and the supercritical carbon dioxide power circulating system for the fusion reactor has the remarkable advantages of simple structure, low cost, high heat efficiency and the like.

A thermoelectric dehumidifying device includes a case, on which a first air inlet, a second air inlet, and an air outlet are provided, and in which a thermoelectric element, a condenser, a heatsink, and a fan are provided. The thermoelectric element has a cold surface, to which the condenser is connected, and a hot surface, to which the heatsink is connected. The fan is provided between the second air inlet and the heatsink. Airflow flowing through the condenser will be cooled and dehumidified. Each fin of the condenser has a downwardly inclined bottom side, which facilitates the dripping of the water droplets condensed thereon. Said airflow will be mixed with external airflow drawn in through the second air inlet, and then blown by the fan to flow through fins of the heatsink, bringing away heat effectively and therefore improving the dehumidifying efficiency of the device.
