Dry chemical test paper for quantitatively determining human alanine aminotransferase

The invention belongs to the in vitro clinical diagnosis reagent field and specifically relates to a dry chemistry test paper which quantitatively determines the activity of alanine aminotransferase in human body; the dry chemistry test paper consists of an upper and a lower supporting layers in long-belt-shapes; a loading hole, a substrate layer, a visualization layer and a test hole are provided in a test area from top to bottom; the substrate layer can adopt the materials such as glass fibre, filter paper and non-woven fabrics and is soaked with reagents such as a substrate; the visualization layer is composed of various filter papers, non-woven fabrics or synthetic film and is soaked with reagents such as chromogen. A sample penetrates into the substrate layer through the loading hole and flows to a sample surface of the visualization layer; a liquid with detected ingredients penetrates to a detecting surface; the color of chromogen is changed under chemical reaction; the liquid penetrates through the test hole on the lower supporting layer and reaches the detecting surface of the visualization layer; the photodensity of the liquid can be determined on the detecting surface. The test paper is used to rapidly test the activity of alanine aminotransferase in whole blood, serum or plasma in the human body, which is one of important indexes of the detection of liver function.

New method for sensitivity of supermolecular self-assembling mediated net-shaped nano-gold enhanced immunochromatographic test strip

The invention provides a method for amplifying colloidal gold immunochromatographic colorimetric signal intensity. The method comprises the following steps: closing a gold-labelled antibody by using amantadine marked bovine serum albumin to obtain a gold-labelled antibody I; synthesizing colloidal gold nanoparticles by using beta-cyclodextrin to obtain a beta-cyclodextrin coated colloidal gold solution; after adding a to-be-tested sample into a system which executes double-antibody sandwich colloidal gold immunochromatography by using the gold-labelled antibody I, adding the beta-cyclodextrincoated colloidal gold solution; and adding a mixed solution of 5,10,15,20-tetra(4-carboxyl phenyl)porphyrin and the beta-cyclodextrin coated colloidal gold solution into the system repeatedly for manytimes. According to the method, net-shaped nano-gold is formed by utilizing supermolecular self-assembling principle mediation and circular signal amplification is realized, so that the developing intensity of the god nanoparticles on a detection line and a quality control line is greatly improved and the aim of performing on-site rapid detection on a target detection object with ultralow concentration can be fulfilled. The invention also provides a high-sensitivity kit applied to colloidal gold immunochromatography.

Reactive dye compounds

A reactive dye compound comprising: (a) at least one chromophore moiety; (b) at least one SO2C2H4 group which is attached to the chromophore moiety either directly via the sulphur atom of the SO2C2H4 group or a linking group L; characterised in that at least one SO2C2H4 group is substituted on its terminal carbon atom with at least one Y group wherein Y is -A(CO)R* wherein A is selected from O or S and wherein R' contains at least one terminal nucleophilic group, such as OH, NH2, SH, COOH, N, NHR<1> and NR<1>R<2> wherein R<1> and R<2> may be the same or different and may be selected from C1-C4 alkyl; and salts thereof. Also claimed is a process of manufacture of the compounds herein and products obtainable by the process. The compounds herein have high Exhaustion Values (E), high Fixation Values (F) and high Efficiency Values (T) and show significant improvements in terms of reducing spent dyestuff in effluent, increasing dye affinity to the substrate, increasing the dye-substrate covalent bonding, increasing the ability to dye substrates at room temperature, decreasing the amount of dye that is removed during the post dyeing 'soaping off process' and therefore simplifying the post dyeing 'soaping off process' traditionally associated with dyeing cotton with fibre reactive dyes and reduction of staining of adjacent white fabrics. In addition, the compounds prepared above provide more intense dyeings and require less levels of salt for dyeing cotton substrates.
