This invention relates to an inserted wireless encoding device of a dynamic access encode strategy containing a first interface unit introducing outside compressed and encoded video image code stream sequences and a second interface unit transmitting the code stream sequences in the carrier way of electromagnetic wave, a dynamic encoding unit connecting the two interface units in wire and providing a compatibility on the inserted wireless transmission platform to different forms of digital image code streams to finish the dynamic encoding of multiple code stream velocities within the limited wireless resource environment.
