chemical engineering nonstandard equipment manufacture. The application method comprises the steps: mounting and fixing a roller carrier; placing a cylinder on the roller carrier; mounting a half spiral tube
molding machine and a half spiral tube
molding machine traveling mechanism; adjusting the horizontal
discharge angle alpha of the half spiral tube
molding machine; in a debugging mode, fitting the
bend radius of the rolled half annular tube with the outer wall of the cylinder; then leading the molded half tube to a starting position of winding of the half tube outside the cylinder,
welding the front end of the half tube with the cylinder for a section for fixation; starting a first motor, a second motor and a third motor simultaneously, evenly winding the molded half tube around the outer wall of the cylinder, performing
spot welding once every 500mm by an electric welder; stopping
system operation when the half tube is wound to an end position,
cutting the surplus half tube; and
welding fillet weld between the half tube and the cylinder to finish winding. The application method can realize automatic winding of the half spiral tube, has a controllable thread
pitch and accuracy in winding, and is time-saving, labor-saving, high in efficiency, better in effects in
mass production, economical and practical.
