The invention discloses a vehicle explosion-proof battery scheme and
system. The scheme comprises the following steps: S10, judging whether a battery
management system is in a wake-up state, if yes, carrying out S20, and if not, carrying out S30; S20, judging whether the information, such as the single
battery pack voltage, the temperature and the
battery pack air pressure sent by a slave board reaches a safety threshold value point or not through the battery
management system mainboard, if so, carrying out S21, and if not, returning to the S10; S30, detecting whether the air pressure in the
battery pack reaches a safety
threshold point or not through an air
pressure sensor, if so, executing S40, and if not, returning to the S10; and S40, opening a fire hydrant, and performing rapid fire extinguishing and cooling work on the on-fire battery pack. Key parameters such as air pressure,
insulation resistance, temperature and current are monitored in real time through the battery
management system in the control strategy level, fault
processing is carried out when a
power battery system is abnormal, and a fire hydrant can be actively opened to prevent
thermal runaway spreading of a battery pack when
thermal runaway happens to the
battery system.
