system comprises reaction equipment,
solid-liquid separation equipment,
drying equipment and material mixing equipment which are connected in sequence, wherein a first wear-resistant
coating is arranged on the inner wall of the reaction equipment; the
drying equipment comprises a
drying oven body, a carrier and a drying pan used for being contained on the carrier, the drying oven body is provided with a drying cavity, the carrier is detachably arranged in the drying cavity, and a second wear-resistant
coating is arranged at the joint, used for being connected with the drying pan, of the carrier; a third wear-resistant
coating is arranged on the inner wall of the mixing equipment; and the
solid-liquid separation equipment is provided with a rotary drum, and a fourth wear-resistant coating is arranged on the inner wall of the rotary drum. Compared with existing equipment, the production
system has the
advantage that
pollution caused by friction of
metal parts is reduced by arranging the wear-resistant coating. By adopting the production system to produce the ternary precursor, the content of magnetic
foreign matter in the ternary precursor product can be reduced.
