The kit is used for performing polymorphism detection on 12 SNP sites of 8 major genes related to sudden cardiac death; three forward and reverse specific primers are respectively adopted for each SNP site by combining the characteristics of specific allelic gene PCR (polymerase chain reaction) and temperature gradient descent PCR; and the mutation of the 12 SNP sites can be simultaneously determined by virtue of program amplification of the temperature gradient descent PCR and agarose gel electrophoretic analysis.
