The invention relates to an employee induction training of counter
service system technology equipment used in a
bank and provides a multilevel-mode employee induction training
system of the
bank based on an axiom design method. By using the
system of the invention, a series of problems brought by training a new employee as a mode of teaching an apprentice by a teacher can be solved, wherein the mode is generally used in a current
banking industry. The new employee induction training

target level, a content level and a method level, wherein the
