The invention relates to a method and a device for accurately adjusting color temperature of a photographic lamp. The method comprises steps of setting the initial target power, the target color temperature and the light mixing proportion, sending the corresponding light mixing proportion to the lighting equipment, acquiring the actual color temperature, if the actual color temperature is not within the temperature difference range, performing incremental learning of a light mixing ratio coefficient, and calculating the light mixing ratio of the target color temperature and sending data to thelighting equipment, if the actual color temperature is within the temperature difference range, judging whether the target color temperature is the lowest color temperature or not, if the target color temperature is higher than the lowest color temperature, reducing the target color temperature to a preset value, calculating a light mixing proportion of the target color temperature, and sending the light mixing proportion to the lighting equipment, if the target color temperature is the lowest color temperature, judging whether the target power is a lowest power threshold value or not, if thetarget power is higher than the lowest power threshold value, reducing the target power to not exceed the lowest power threshold value, setting the target color temperature as the initial target color temperature, calculating a light mixing proportion of the target color temperature, and sending the light mixing proportion to the lighting equipment, and if the target power is within the minimum power threshold range, ending calibration.
