A mining air supply dust
mask comprises a pneumatic connector, a dust filter, a valve, an air ducting hose, a
mask main body, etc. The
mask is suitable for being worn by fixed point operators such as heading
machine drivers, command staff, pneumatic
drill operators, or anchoring and shotcreting workers of a press-in type ventilation heading operation face of a mine. The pneumatic connector is installed on an air duct wall of a pressed-in air supply duct, and directs a part of
fresh air current in the air duct into the air ducting hose in a state of being connected with the air ducting hose. The
fresh air current passes through the dust filter, the valve, and the air inlet hoses of the mask main body and is finally directed to a respiratory cavity of the mask body to be supplied to the user. Two rows of air outlet apertures are formed in the lower part of the mask body for exhausting. While wearing the mining air supply dust mask, the operator only needs to appropriately adjust the opening amount of the valve to keep an appropriate
positive pressure in the respiratory cavity of the mask, so as to prevent the outside air containing dust from entering the respiratory cavity of the mask, thereby efficiently protect health of the operator. The mask does not need
compressed air and
electric power, is safe and reliable, and does not need a pressure reducing valve or an
oil filter. The mask has a simple structure, superior practicality and ideal dustproof effects and is convenient to operate.
