The invention relates to a safety technology for remotely monitoring a
tower crane, in particular to a
system for monitoring the safety of a
tower crane. In the
system, the output ends of an inclination angle sensor, an angle sensor, a height sensor, an amplitude sensor, a
wind speed sensor and a weight sensor are electrically connected with the input end of a
signal conditioning module respectively; the output end of the
signal conditioning module is electrically connected with the input end of a micro processor; a storage module, a key input module, a voice alarm module and a control output module are electrically connected with the micro processor module; the micro processor module is further electrically connected with an RS232 module; and a
global positioning system (GPS) module, a
liquid crystal display, a
general packet radio service (GPRS) module and a ZIGBEE module are electrically connected with the RS232 module respectively. In order to guarantee the
signal processing instantaneity, the micro processor module adopts two micro processors for coordination and distribution of responsibilities; and the two micro processors exchange data with each other by using a
system management
bus (SMBus), so the high-instantaneity and all-round monitoring of the safety of the
tower crane during running can be realized, and safety accidents can be avoided.
