electric power and analyzing from top to bottom step by step, a multilevel relativity bearing type model is emphatically established among primary electric power services, electric power communication services and a communication network. In the model, an electric power network resource on the highest layer of the model comprises
electric power transmission lines and
electric power distribution lines; a
communication channel provided by the electric power communication network is a direct resource for supporting the operation and the production of the electric power lines, and electric power services supported by the electric power
communication channel comprise
relay protection, stability control, and the like; a communication network
system formed by a
transmission network, a data network and a switch network provides direct support for the
communication channel above the communication network
