The invention relates to the technical field related to a spallation neutron source, in particular to a rotating disc type neutron chopper. The rotating disc type neutron chopper comprises a vacuum sealed cavity and a rotating disc. The rotating disc is arranged in the vacuum sealed cavity and is driven by a servo motor to rotate. The rotating disc is provided with a sector opening.
