The invention discloses an aluminum
alloy automobile hub and a preparation method thereof. The aluminum
alloy automobile hub comprises spokes, a rim, bead seats, wheel lips, a bayonet, bolt holes, and a valve hole. The rim is a Z-shaped rim, and the Z-shaped rim comprises a Z-shape starting section, a
reverse transition section, and a Z-shape extending section. The Z-shape starting section is connected with the
reverse transition section which is connected with the Z-shape extending section.
