The invention discloses a gas cooking appliance optimization
design evaluation technological method. The gas cooking appliance optimization
design evaluation technological method comprises the following steps of (1) selecting a typical sample; (2) establishing a three-dimensional geometrical model of the sample; (3) performing research on sample experimental test: including the steps of a, establishing an
experimental system for test; and b, taking experimental
test data as a boundary condition, performing analogue
simulation on the sample; (4) performing determination and correction on a
simulation result based on the actually measured data; (5) applying a verified
fuel gas flow and
combustion model to all experimental samples to perform
verification test and
simulation; and (6) guiding design by the analogue simulation. The test
experimental system adopted by the method consists of a
fuel gas supplying part, a gas cooking appliance performance test part and a control host with a
signal conversion module. By adoption of the optimization
design evaluation technological method, the
combustion working condition, the thermal performance and the
smoke emission index of the gas cooking appliance can be rapidly evaluated without producing and manufacturing a gas cooking appliance body, so that the design efficiency and the technological level of the cooking appliance can be improved consequently.
