The invention relates to an island AC-DC hybrid microgrid group power cooperative control method, which comprises the steps of constructing a V2-P droop control strategy for a DC sub-microgrid containing a constant-power load, constructing an SOC dynamic balance consistency control strategy for the energy storage sub-microgrid, constructing a sub-microgrid power exchange control strategy for the DC sub-microgrid, the AC sub-microgrid and the energy storage sub-microgrid, constructing a communication trigger control strategy based on the sub-microgrid power exchange control strategy, utilizinga V2-P droop control strategy, an SOC dynamic balance consistency control strategy and a traditional P-f droop control strategy to respectively control respective output power of the DC sub-microgrid,the energy storage sub-microgrid and the AC sub-microgrid, and acting the sub-microgrid power exchange control strategy and the communication trigger control strategy on the island AC-DC hybrid microgrid group so as to control power exchange and interconnection communication among the sub-microgrids. Compared with the prior art, power balance inside the sub-microgrids and between the sub-microgrids can be reliably achieved, and unnecessary interconnection communication can be reduced.
