The invention provides a deep stope ventilation and refrigeration system utilizing return air, which is characterized by comprising an air shaft, a return air cooling tower, a refrigerating unit and a stope air cooler, fresh air is input into a mine through the air shaft, then the return air is subjected to heat exchange through the return air cooling tower, hot water cooled in the air cooling tower is subjected to heat exchange with an evaporation end of the refrigerating unit, and the stope air cooler is used for cooling the stope. A refrigerant of the refrigerating unit is cooled and then exchanges heat with hot water from the stope air cooler, the hot water from the air cooler is cooled, the hot water from the air cooler enters the stope air cooler after being cooled, air entering the stope air cooler is cooled, the cooled air is conveyed to the stope, and the stope air is conveyed to the stope. Therefore, the effect of cooling the stope environment is achieved. The air return system is used for providing cooling capacity instead of a water cooling tower system, and the problems of water supply difficulty and water pollution are solved.
