31results about How to "Suppress temperature unevenness" patented technology

Inkjet print head and inkjet printing apparatus

A print head having high printing reliability, in which temperature unevenness is suppressed even when printing is performed using a print head having an increased length and density of an ejection opening array can be provided. Specifically, a temperature equalizing member such as a heat pipe and a cooling liquid passage is disposed between a first support substrate and each of second support substrates or is disposed inside the first support substrate. This makes it possible to equalize temperature among the plurality of second support substrates and further equalize temperature among the printing element substrates bonded to these support substrates. In addition, the temperature equalizing member is made close to the printing element substrate, thus making it possible to efficiently equalize temperature.

Fixing apparatus and image forming apparatus

By controlling the temperature of a heating roller with high precision when in standby, good first-copy-out performance is obtained. In a fixing apparatus comprising a heating roller 1, a pressure roller 2, an induction coil 3a that generates magnetic flux, and a temperature detection member (such as a thermistor) 5 that detects the temperature of the heating roller 1, in which the heating roller 1 is caused to generated heat by generating an eddy current in a heat generating layer of the heating roller with magnetic flux generated by the induction coil 3a, the temperature of the heating roller 1 is controlled by disposing the temperature detection member 5 in a region where the maximum heat generating capacity of the heat generating portion of the heating roller 1 with induction heating is not less than 1 / e, and thus an unusual rise in the temperature of the heating roller 1 is suppressed.

Solid-state oxide fuel cell

Provided is a solid-state oxide fuel cell with which it is possible, by alleviating unevenness in temperature in a reformer, to extend the life of the reformer or to prevent damage to the reformer. The present invention provides a solid-state oxide fuel cell (1), comprising: a fuel cell module (2); a reformer (20) which generates hydrogen by a POX step, an ATR step, and an SR step; a fuel supply device (38); an oxidant gas for reforming supply device (44); a water supply device (28); an oxidant gas for power generation supply device (45); and a control device (110) which executes the POX step, the ATR step, and the SR step in sequence in the reformer, increasing same to a temperature whereat power generation is possible in a predetermined temperature range, in line with temperature increases within the fuel cell module. The control device further comprises a local temperature increase alleviation circuit (110a) which alleviates local site temperature increases in the reformer in the POX step by generating steam reformation at local sites within the reformer.

Fixing apparatus and image forming apparatus

A fixing apparatus includes a heating rotator which generates heat with an induced current, an excitation coil arranged outside the heating rotator, a pressure roller which rotates with paper being held between the pressure roller and the heating rotator, the paper having a toner image developed thereon, and a relative position changer which changes a relative position of the excitation coil and the heating rotator to a first relative position when the toner image is being fixed to the paper and to a second relative position when the toner image is not being fixed to the paper. In a cross-section perpendicular to a rotation axis of the heating rotator, a distance from a point in an outer circumferential surface of the heating rotator closest to the pressure roller to the excitation coil is shorter at the second relative position than at the first relative position.
