The invention discloses a
soil conditioner based on secondary use of chemical
phosphorus tailings and a preparation method of the
soil conditioner. The
soil conditioner is prepared from the following components in parts by
mass: 30 to 70 parts of biological
active carbon, 20 to 30 parts of weathered
coal, 30 to 60 parts of the chemical
phosphorus tailings and 5 to 10 parts of kaoline. The chemical
phosphorus tailings consist of the following materials in percentage by
mass: 35 to 45 percent of
calcium oxide, 50 to 60 percent of
sulfur trioxide, 2 to 6 percent of
silicon dioxide, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of aluminum
oxide, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of
ferric oxide and 0.01 to 0.03 percent of
magnesium oxide. A
saline-
alkali soil conditioner which serves as an effective component is added into the chemical phosphorus tailings to realize acid-alkali
neutralization, so that on one hand, secondary use of wastes is realized, and on the other hand, the environment around a factory can be gradually improved; meanwhile, the added biological
active carbon is a product obtained by recycling agricultural and
forestry wastes; compared with the conventional
modes such as
direct combustion and biological returning to the field, the mode of converting straws of agricultural and
forestry crops into the biological
active carbon has the advantages that the
resource utilization rate can be effectively increased, and no
pollution to the environment can be caused.
