tower, a desulfurization
circulating pump, a desulphurization
slurry discharging pump, a
gypsum band filtering
machine, a liquid filtering pond, a liquid filtering pump, a
wastewater treating
tower, a
clean water pond, a
wastewater circulating pump and a humidifying cooling device. Wet desulphurization
wastewater is pretreated, the pretreated wastewater is atomized, and then inlet
smoke of the wet desulphurization
tower is humidified and cooled;
evaporation and heat exchanging are carried out between the desulphurization wastewater and high-temperature raw
smoke to achieve decrement concentration, the treating amount and the treating cost of the wet desulphurization wastewater are reduced, the
moisture volatilization amount in the desulphurization tower is reduced, and low-water-consumption running of the wet desulphurization
system is achieved. Contaminants such as HCl, HF and particulate matter in
smoke are simultaneously removed in the smoke humidifying process, the
chloride ion concentration in desulphurization tower
slurry is reduced, the
gypsum purity in the desulphurization
slurry is improved, and the additional value of desulphurization by products is improved.
