The invention relates to a TD-LTE video communication controller with a UPS. A UPS module is arranged inside the TD-LTE video communication controller. The UPS module comprises a power supply port, a power source rectifying circuit, a DC-DC switching circuit, a
battery pack management circuit and a synchronous
voltage reduction circuit which are sequentially connected, wherein the power source rectifying circuit is used for rectifying a power source, the DC-DC switching circuit is used for adjusting a
voltage, the
battery pack management circuit is used for storage
electricity, a battery
chip is arranged inside the
battery pack management circuit, and the synchronous
voltage reduction circuit is used for reducing the voltage to be a working voltage. The synchronous
voltage reduction circuit outputs the working voltage to the controller. When an electric supply is powered up, the electric supply is subjected to voltage transformation through a
switching power supply and then supplies
electricity to the controller and charges the battery
chip through the power supply port, the power source rectifying circuit, the DC-DC switching circuit, the battery pack management circuit and the synchronous
voltage reduction circuit. When power failure happens to the electric supply, the battery
chip is started, and voltage outputting is conducted through the synchronous
voltage reduction circuit to supply
electricity to the controller. According to the TD-LTE video communication controller with the UPS, the UPS module is integrated in the controller, seamless switching can be achieved when the electric supply is disconnected, the TD-LTE video communication controller is composed of an integrated chip and a discrete device, so that the integration level is high, and cost is low.
