The invention discloses a
processing device for a steel-structure arc-
shaped beam for a building. The
processing device comprises a
fixed frame, a fourth belt wheel, a driven wheel and a pressing
grinding device. A
cam pressing mechanism is arranged inside the
fixed frame, and an intermittent wheel rotates to drive a
cam to rotate, so that the
cam drives a pressure rod to move downwards, the pressure rod drives a top wheel on the bottom of a V-shaped sheet to tightly fit to the top of the arc-
shaped beam, and the arc-
shaped beam is stably conveyed, and therefore, the
advantage that deviation is generated in arc-shaped beam conveying can be achieved; a bump
grinding mechanism is arranged inside the
fixed frame, the cam rotates to drive a rotary block to swing at the upper end of a connecting plate through the bump at the upper end, a second rotary wheel at the upper end of the rotary block drives a pushing rod to downwards press, a fifth motor is electrified to work to drive a grindingwheel to rotate, and the
grinding wheel at the lower end of the pushing rod grinds the bump on the surface of the arc-shaped beam, so that the advantages of being capable of quickly grinding the bumpand increasing
processing precision can be achieved.
