In order to reduce mutual interferences between POLMUX and signals, the signals are transmitted with differed to each other carrying signals, thereby making it possible to obtain the circular polarization of each resulting POLMUX signal. Each second POLMUX signal is transmissible with an opposite circular polarization. In order to reduce also interferences when only one modulated data signal is transmitted through a POLMUX channel, a polarization plane of modulated data signals of each second POLMUX channel is turned at 45°. In a variant, polarization multiplex signals are produces and the resulting polarizations thereof in adjacent channels are perpendicular to each other.

Folding-up mechanism for an electric treadmill

A folding-up mechanism for an electric treadmill having a single lifting motor for adjusting a platform frame to an inclined and upright position with a handrail frame moved to a storage position. The lifting motor and a drive screw are interposed between two base frames. The drive screw is screwed in a slip pipe with female thread. An intermediate tube is pivotally coupled to a rear end of the slip pipe with a front crossbar and a handrail frame coupled to the opposing end of the intermediate tube. One end of the platform frame is pivotally attached to an upright bar of the base frames while a bottom side of the platform frame is pivotally coupled to a telescopic tube, a pull rod, and a push rod that are in turn coupled to the slip pipe, the intermediate tube, and the handrail frame so that the slip pipe is movable to and fro when the lifting motor is activated to impart an in-place rotation to the drive screw, thereby achieving the expected effects.

An optical connector includes a housing, a photoelectric conversion circuit board on which a photoelectric conversion element is mounted, and a resin member made of a light transmissive synthetic resin and arranged on a plate surface of the photoelectric conversion circuit board so as to cover the photoelectric conversion element. The photoelectric conversion circuit board is housed in the housing. The resin member includes a sleeve to which a ferrule attached to an end of an optical fiber is fitted. The sleeve of the resin member is arranged such that an axial direction thereof is substantially perpendicular to the plate surface of the photoelectric circuit board. The resin member integrally includes a lens on an axial line of the sleeve such that the lens faces the photoelectric conversion element.

The invention discloses an indoor unit air gear adjusting method. The method includes the steps that the values of a first operation parameter and a second operation parameter of an indoor unit are obtained regularly with a first preset period as the interval and stored; the difference values of the first operation parameter and the second operation parameter in the corresponding period are regularly calculated with a second preset period as the interval; and when the difference values are larger than a first preset threshold value, the value of a first variable is used as an air gear level difference value to increase the air gear, or when the difference values are smaller than a second preset threshold value, the value of the first variable is used as an air gear level difference value to decrease the air gear. The invention further discloses an indoor unit air gear adjusting device and an air conditioner indoor unit. By the adoption of the indoor unit air gear adjusting method and device and the air conditioner indoor unit, the air gear of the indoor unit is automatically adjusted to be increased or decreased correspondingly according to the different conditions of the relationship between the difference values of the two preset operation parameters of the indoor unit and the preset threshold values, the situation that the output of an indoor fan is excessive when the values of the two operation parameters are greatly different due to the fact that the air gear is fixed is avoided, and the energy saving purpose is achieved.

Optical recording method and medium

In an optical recording medium including a grooved light-transparent substrate, a phase change recording layer, a dielectric layer and a reflective layer, recording is carried out by irradiating a laser beam to the recording layer through an objective lens in an optical system. The recording is carried out in a groove recording mode under the conditions: 0.48≦PT / (λ / NA)≦0.74, and PT≦0.50 μm wherein λ is a laser beam wavelength, NA is an objective lens numerical aperture, and PT is a track pitch, thereby forming a recorded mark having opposite ends extending out of the groove. This enables high density recording and increases the data transfer rate of a phase change optical recording medium.

Spray bottle warming system

A spray bottle warming system warms the liquid contents held within a spray bottle used in a hair cutting or styling salon. The device uses a housing that has a bottom and a base plate such that one or more heating coils are located either underneath or passing through the base plate. A sidewall of the housing forms an annular lip with an opening therebetween with the spray bottle resting on the base plate and secured by the annular lip and heated via the heating coils. The device is capable of sensing the weight of the spray bottle, either absolutely, or relative to an initial starting weight, so that the output of the heating coils is controlled by the weight sensed, the less weigh sensed, and thus the less contents within the bottle, the less heat output from the heating coils.
