The invention discloses a heat dissipation control method for an oil-cooled motor. The method employs a housing, a stator, a rotor, and a cooling oil path. The method particularly comprises the following steps of A, checking whether the motor current exceeds an upper limit or not, and stopping power output if the motor current exceeds the upper limit, B, checking whether the temperature of the winding sensor exceeds the overtemperature or not, C, if the temperature is overhigh, limiting motor power output or stopping, and increasing the rotating speed of an oil pump, D, if the motor is not overheated, checking whether the rotating speed of the motor exceeds a critical rotating speed, E, if the motor exceeds the electromagnetic noise rotating speed, reducing the rotating speed, and F, if the critical rotating speed is not exceeded, returning to the step A. According to the heat dissipation control method for the oil-cooled motor, the problems of motor burnout and motor electromagnetic noise caused by motor stalling are prevented. What is ensured is that motor temperature operation is within a reasonable temperature range, and obvious electromagnetic noise is not generated.
