After identification and categorization the memory device may then respond to the presence of the object, alert another memory device for interaction or allow for human interaction through outputting the object's presence on a screen or alerting the human through some other means. In a preferred embodiment, the system can be handheld, mobile or static and can be made with a device that can provide a wide frequency response at frequencies likely to resonate with the weapons intended to be detected. It is to be understood that this invention may detect numerous objects, including but not limited to, piping, conductive, semi-conductive and non-conductive material that have the ability to resonate with specific tailor-made signals.

By passing simultaneous control pulses to both the model controller, as well as the brain, we control both the model and the brain. The detailed framework to embed fundamental models of the brain within a control scheme to control symptoms of Parkinsons and related dynamical diseases of the brain are disclosed.

A way to safely fry turkeys by minimizing the hazard of overfilling oil, the Turkey Frying Oil Gauge (TFOG) comprises a device and method to properly pre-measure the frying oil used to fry whole turkeys. The Turkey Frying Oil Gauge is duel scale selectable for pot diameter and turkey weight. The turkey frying pot rim is measured and the size is selected on the gauge bottom. The mast is then slid out to view the weight of the turkey to be fried. The gauge is then placed in the bottom of the pot and frying oil is placed in the pot to the top of the gauge. A cut lever apparatus that automatically actuates a lock lift assembly to either lock or unlock a coupler knuckle of a freight car coupler. The present invention is a device which automatically reports an obstruction lighting outage creating or canceling a Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) without the need for human intervention. This system greatly reduces the time between detection of a lighting outage and notification of aviation authorities, thus minimizing hazards to air traffic. In addition, this device will create a new NOTAM and cancel the original NOTAM just prior to the original NOTAM expiring if the problem has not been fixed before the original NOTAM expires.
