The invention discloses a lifting mechanism for an automatic liquid-based thin-layer
cell preparation
machine. The lifting mechanism comprises a motor arranged on a mounting module, a gear connected to the output end of the motor, and a lifting rack engaged with the gear; teeth on the lifting rack are arc-shaped teeth;
arc length of the arc-shaped teeth is at least one third circumferential length of the lifting rack; the lifting rack is sleeved by linear bearings; each linear bearing is equipped with three groups of rolling balls; and each group of rolling balls are double-row rolling balls. According to the lifting mechanism disclosed by the invention, the teeth of the transmission rack are the arc-shaped teeth, and each linear bearing used for sleeving is provided with three groups of symmetrical steel balls, so that length of the arc-shaped teeth is maximized and depth of the rack can be maximized, and therefore, the lifting rack does not step out or slip under driving of the gear; during sliding or rotating, the steel balls do not scratch the rack; the lifting rack is positioned and cannot rotate, and only can move up and down, so that the gear is guaranteed to be engaged with the lifting rack; and moreover, a pressing device of the lifting rack guarantees pressing force for linear positioning, and a
dyeing needle is precisely calculated located and knocked.
