machine. The automatic benchmarking device comprises an annular closed conveying line, a plurality of rotatable hose cup bases, a jacking platform, a pressing ring, a
photoelectric sensor and a color mark sensor, wherein the jacking platform is arranged exactly below one hose cup base, and the pressing ring, the
photoelectric sensor and the color mark sensor are arranged above the annular closed conveying line and correspond to the jacking platform in position; the bottom of each hose cup base stretches out of the bottom of the annular closed conveying line, and the stretching portion at the bottom of each hose cup base is made of
metal materials; a rotating shaft which can rotate is arranged on the top of the jacking platform, and an
electromagnet is arranged on the top of the rotating shaft; the pressing ring can ascend, descend and rotate, and an inner cavity of the pressing ring is matched with the
tail portion of each hose to be processed through benchmarking; an extendable push rod is further arranged on the portion, on the downstream portion of the pressing ring, of the annular closed conveying line. After the structure is adopted, continuous conveying and benchmarking can be conducted, working efficiency is high, the overall manufacturing cost is low, benchmarking accuracy is high, and the service life of each hose cup base is long.
