Preparation method of silicon carbide nanowire enhanced C/C-SiC-ZrB2 ceramic-based composite material

The invention relates to a preparation method of a silicon carbide nanowire enhanced C/C-SiC-ZrB2 ceramic-based composite material. A pretreated carbon fiber prefabricating body is thermally treated to obtain a silicon carbide nanowire. The silicon carbide nanowire prepared by a sol-gel carbon-thermal reaction method is evenly distributed at the inner part of a porous carbon/carbon composite material. Subsequently, pyrolytic carbon deposited in an isothermal chemical vapor deposition furnace is coated at the surface of the silicon carbide nanowire, thus the dropping, growing and rupture of the silicon carbide nanowire in the following reaction and infiltration processes are effectively avoided. A ceramic-based composite material carbon fiber, a silicon carbide nanowire and a pyrolytic carbon middle layer after reaction and infiltration are not eroded by a high-temperature metal bath and are well preserved; thus the physical performance of the composite material can be improved. Compared with the C/C-SiC-ZrB2 ceramic-based composite material without adding the silicon carbide nanowire, the bending strength and the fracture toughness property of the silicon carbide nanowire enhanced C/C-SiC-ZrB2 ceramic-based composite material are improved by 26.9-41.3% and 45.2-59.1% respectively.

The fastening element comprises two parts that are symmetrical with respect to an intermediate plane, each of these parts comprising in turn a base branch that can be connected to the first of said end parts, and a distal branch that can be connected to the second of said end parts. The base branch and the distal branch are connected together according to a general book-like configuration. The dorsal parts of the book-like configurations for connection between the base branch and the distal branches are set at a distance from said intermediate plane, the base branch connects together the two symmetrical parts so as to form a single body, each of which is able to connect together mutually facing edges of the end parts of a respective absorbent sanitary product and to ensure the fastening of the flaps set on the sides. Alternatively, the fastening element is made in such a way as to enable the function of releasing and refastening of the product to be performed, with the further possibility of selectively adjusting the fit of the product to the wearer's body.

The invention discloses a preparation method of a lotus root pickled vegetable. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) cleaning up fresh lotus roots, removing rhizoma nelumbinis, peeling and cutting into slices; (2) carrying out color protecting on the lotus root slices; (3) placing into boiling water for blanching; (4) carrying out hardening treatment; (5) cooling the hardened lotus root slices at normal temperature and draining; (6) adding seasoner liquid, wherein the seasoner liquid is prepared by adding white sugar calcium chloride, ginger, peppers and pickled peppers into salt water with the mass fraction of 2-8%; the mass ratio of the lotus root slices to the seasoner liquid is 1:(0.3-0.9); (7) carrying out ultrahigh pressure sterilization treatment after filling, namely after filling the lotus root slices with the seasoner liquid, placing in an ultrahigh-pressure container with 300-400MPa, standing for 10-30 minutes; and (8) refrigerating after the filled lotus root slices which are subjected to external packing are air-dried. The lotus root slice pickled vegetable prepared by adopting the preparation method is good in taste, health, safe, complete in color, aroma and taste, scientific and reliable in production process and beneficial to large-scale production.

The invention relates to preparation methods of porous carbon from towel gourd vegetable sponge and a composite material of the porous carbon and application of the porous carbon and the composite material in supercapacitor electrode materials. The method for preparing the porous carbon comprises the following steps: (1) washing the towel gourd vegetable sponge, and performing carbonization heat treatment in an atmosphere containing NH3 at a proper temperature; (2) mixing the carbonized product and KOH in a proper proportion, and activating in N2 at the temperature of 750 DEG C. The inner diameter of pore passages of the prepared porous carbon is between 1mu m and 15mu m, the pore wall thickness is between 0.3mu m and 1mu m, and the activated specific surface area can be 1510m<2>/g. The method for preparing the composite material comprises the following steps: reacting the porous carbon with a KMnO4 solution, and growing MnO2 nanosheets, thereby obtaining a porous carbon/MnO2 composite material; or reacting the porous carbon with aniline to obtain a porous carbon/aniline composite material. When serving as the supercapacitor electrode materials, the prepared porous carbon and the composite material thereof have more excellent performance and favorable application prospect compared with a conventional carbon material.
