The invention provides a
quaternary phosphonium salt antibacterial
ultrafiltration membrane which sequentially comprises a porous mechanical support membrane, an
ultrafiltration separation functionallayer and a
polymer layer from bottom to top, and further provides a preparation method of the
ultrafiltration membrane, which comprises the following steps of: S1, forming a porous support membrane;S2, preparing a
polymer layer; and S3, carrying out
drying and post-treatment.
Quaternary phosphonium salt is one of the latest research achievements in the research field of antibacterial agents, andexperiments prove that the
antibacterial effect of
quaternary phosphonium salt is nearly two orders of magnitudes of the
antibacterial effect of
quaternary ammonium salt, so that the antibacterial performance of the ultrafiltration membrane can be greatly improved; secondly, a separation
contact layer of the ultrafiltration membrane is formed by
coating a traditional hydrophobic material with a hydrophilic quaternary
phosphonium salt antibacterial
polymer, so that the hydrophilicity is improved, the anti-
pollution performance is good, and the
water production flux is relatively high; and in addition, the positive charge P+ ions of the quaternary
phosphonium salt polymer layer can endow the ultrafiltration membrane with
ion retention, especially for positively charged ionic substances.
