The surgical location and navigation device comprises a laser location drive device, a wireless remote controller and an image digitalized frame, wherein the laser location drive device, the wireless remote controller and the image digitalized frame are wirelessly interconnected; the laser location drive device comprises an upper plane motion mechanism, a lower plane motion mechanism, an upper plane marking plate, a lower plane marking plate, a laser emitting device and a drive device control circuit, the upper plane marking plate is parallel with the lower plane marking plate, the upper plane motion mechanism is connected with the upper plane marking plate and the lower plane motion mechanism is connected with the lower plane marking plate.
