Scratch-Resistant Flameproof Thermoplastic Resin Composition with Improved Compatibility

Disclosed herein is a scratch-resistant flameproof thermoplastic resin composition, the resin composition comprising a base resin including (A) about 50 to about 90% by weight of a polycarbonate resin; (B) about 1 to about 50% by weight of a methacrylic copolymer resin with a refractive index of about 1.495 to about 1.590; and (C) about 0 to about 49% by weight of a (meth)acrylic resin, and (D) about 5 to about 40 parts by weight of a flame retardant, based on about 100 parts by weight of the base resin comprising (A)+(B)+(C). The resin composition of the present invention can have good flame retardancy, scratch resistance, colorability, and good appearance due to its improved compatibility. The resin composition of the invention can be used to produce plastic molded articles which can exhibit better physical properties than products produced using conventional resin compositions.

The present invention provides an elastomer film which is excellent in transparency, mechanical strength, heat resistance and colorability and a producing method thereof. An elastomer material was obtained by kneading a polar-group modified olefin-based copolymer comprising derived from each monomer of ethylene, propylene and 8-methyl-8-carboxy-tetracyclo[4.4.0.12,5.17,10]-3-dodecene and tetra n-butoxyzirconium as a metal compound, granulating and palletizing. Then, an obtained pellet was subjected to press-molding to produce an elastomer film of the present invention, having an elastomer layer in which the above-mentioned polar group-modified olefin-based copolymer was crosslinked with a metal compound due to electrical interaction through a polar group in the above-mentioned polar group-modified olefin-based copolymer.

A polyester composition includes a ligand capable of coordinating to a metal or metal ion, wherein the ligand includes at least one donor atom selected from the group consisting of a nitrogen atom, a sulfur atom, and an oxygen atom. Preparation method of full-degradable express packaging bag

The invention discloses a preparation method of a fully-degradable express packaging bag, which comprises the following steps of: uniformly mixing 30-50 g of chemically modified starch, 50-70 g of modified hot-melt plant straws, 0.8-1.2 g of vegetable oil, 0.8-1.5 g of calcium hydroxide, 0.5-0.6 g of Ac316 and 1.0-1.6 g of G22, placing the mixture in an oven at the temperature of 80-100 DEG C for1-2 h, and mixing in a mixer for 10-20 min; continuously placing the material on a conical double-platform, and extruding and granulating by using a conical double-screw; making the obtained mixture into a packaging bag film in a polymer film forming machine at 120-140 DEG C. Compared with the traditional plastic packaging bag such as polyvinyl chloride, the fully-degradable express packaging bagcan achieve complete degradation under the natural condition and reduce the pollution to the environment.
